Check-in / Check-out policy*
Check-in: after 3PM
Check-out: before 11AM
There is self check-in after 10PM, the guest will collect the key from the lockbox installed on the door and will recieve google map location and unit number.
For earlier check-out the guest must infrom the property a day in advance (subjected to the availability)
Payment Policy
(Guests will be contacted after making the reservation on the site for payment info)
For confirmation guests must pay 50% of the total amount in advance via payment link or via Instapay
House Rules
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events are allowed in the property.
General policy
As per El Gouna toen regulations, Egyptian nationals staying together in the same unit must provide a valid marriage certificate.
To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request the following upon booking:
- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports
- A copy of the marriage certificate (for Egyptian couples)
Please note: Entry is subject to approval by El Gouna town. If disapproved, a full refund will be issued.
▶ Please send documents promptly upon booking to avoid late‑notice disapproval or delays at the gate.
▶ For bookings within 48 hours, kindly contact us before reserving.
The property collects insurance deposit upon arrival in cash or via Instapay
For a Studio: 3000 EGP
For an Apartment: 5000 EGP
For a Villa: 10000 EGP
The property returns the deposit to the guests: The day they check-out.
Cencellation policy:
up to 30 days before arrival – free
Less than 30 days – 50% of total non refundable
Less than 14 days – non refundable
