Please note that the entry to the ground floor bedroom is from the side of the Villa.
This is originally a 5 bedroom house and it’s offered as a 4 bedroom as one of the rooms upstairs is closed. There is a sofa-bed in the 4th bedroom.

Please note that it’s not a brand new Villa, but it’s been well maintained and it has one of the best views.

Upon making the booking you need to send us the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna.
Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your IDs or passports got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.
