Spacious living room with big comfortable couches and Flat screen TV Free WIFI Terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas. 4 Master Bedrooms each with private bathroom and queen size bed. AC and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, 3 are on the first floor. 6 sunbeds by the pool. Parking for easily up to 5 cars (3 parking spaces are shaded with pergola) Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. All rooms are equipped with AC. We want you to feel at home, so we provide fresh clean towels, sheets, pillows and duvet. All washed in professional laundry. The Villa is very quiet, classy and neat. There is outside driver’s / nanny’s room with bathroom and fridge. (Please request this option in advance) Please note that the entry to the ground floor bedroom is from the side of the Villa. This is originally a 5 bedroom house and it’s offered as a 4 bedroom as one of the rooms upstairs is closed. There is a sofa-bed in the 4th bedroom.

1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.

2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
