The temperature can be set up to 37 degrees and is set 35 by default. If you have other preference pls let us know. Unlimited access to a large shared swimming pool just 1 min walk to the left from the garden. Open plan kitchen with : microwave, stove, kettle, fridge, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, glasses and all necessary cooking tools. Spacious living room with big comfortable sofa in living room that expands to double sofa bed. Flat screen TV Free WIFI (30 mega, fibre, stable and fast by Orange Triple Play) Terrace with nice, outdoor dining table, seating for 4 guests and beautiful view. Master bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, AC and window with waterfront views. Bathroom with shower Two light beanbags in the garden that can be used by the pool Sunbed in the garden Parking right next to the building. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. All rooms are equipped with AC. We want you to feel at home, so we provide fresh clean towels, sheets, pillows and duvet. All washed in professional laundry. The apartment is very quiet, modern and neat. Ideally located 6 minutes drive from Marina Abu Tig and Downtown and right next Sliders Water Sports Park featuring Floating Aqua Park, Wake Park, Restaurant, Lagoon Beach, Bar, Kids playground, table tennis, and Swimming Pool.

•📋Booking Confirmation Requirements:
1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.
2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
3- 50% of the total booking amount to be paid via Instapay or bank transfer, and the remaining balance upon check-in.
