The kitchen is modern and stylish, fully-fitted with over basic amenities. Raw wood dining table connects the kitchen with the living room and is capable of easily fitting 5 people. The master bedroom has a separate entrance to the patio, comfortable queen size bed and private bathroom. Optionally, a foldable bed awaits the 5th guest. There is also a half bath on the bottom floor. Upstairs there is 2 single beds bedroom with an en suite bathroom. 1st level features also a terrace with an enjoyable view. The space is open, so you can see the lagoon from one side and the mountain from another. Patio and spacious swimming pool (heated!*) face the lagoon directly. Garden provides several seating options as well as an outdoor kitchen/bar with designer high chairs and professional BBQ. What might pleasantly surprise you is another barbecue grill/fire pit island in the middle of the terrace, surrounded by comfortable sofas and armchairs. Choose whatever you like. After swimming you can rinse of under an outdoor shower which is installed for our guests comfort. The house is air-conditioned and wi-fi covered. Parking on premises free, shaded and private.
Please note that pool heating is optional and costs 1000 egp / 20$ / day extra

•📋Booking Confirmation Requirements:
1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.
2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
3- 50% of the total booking amount to be paid via Instapay or bank transfer, and the remaining balance upon check-in.

•💰A refundable security deposit of 10,000 EGP is required upon check-in for this unit. The amount will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damages occur inside the unit.
•If entry is denied by El Gouna town management, a full refund will be issued.
