Patio is enriched with a shaded seating area and an outdoor kitchen. The lagoon in front of the property is swimmable and the access is easy. You can enjoy spectacular sunset views from a spacious rooftop terrace. The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned, fully covered by wi-fi connection. Each bedroom has a smart TV and for the family screenings there is a TV in a living room too. For your convenience amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing facilities are in the house. Parking at premises is free.

Please note that pool heating is optional and costs 1400 egp / 30$ / day extra • The heated pool temperature is maintained between 26-28 degrees as per international standards.
