Enjoy a deep rest on the comfy sofa by the TV or pick one of the outdoor seating spaces. Located in the suburban area of El Gouna called Mansions. Right next to Sholan and Bali compounds.The place is is located approximately 4.5 km from Marina Abu Tig and Downtown – the center of Gouna. Please note that the road to Mansions is sandy – kindly check the location on the map before you confirm the booking. To move around the town without the car we recommend tuc tuc, taxi or a bicycle provided in the apartment.

•📋Booking Confirmation Requirements:
1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.
2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
3- 50% of the total booking amount to be paid via Instapay or bank transfer, and the remaining balance upon check-in.

•If entry is denied by El Gouna town management, a full refund will be issued.
