There is a double bed in the master bedroom and 1 single & bunk bed, to host 3 guests in the second bedroom. There is a shower in each out of 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, you will find there an oven, a fridge, mini dishwasher, kettle, blender… The stove is installed in the bar/island, so the cooking can become a real spectacle. Enjoy a deep rest on the comfy sofa by the TV or pick one of the outdoor seating spaces. Located in the suburban area of El Gouna called Mansions. Right next to Sholan and Bali compounds.The place is is located approximately 4.5 km from Marina Abu Tig and Downtown – the center of Gouna. Please note that the road to Mansions is sandy – kindly check the location on the map before you confirm the booking. To move around the town without the car we recommend tuc tuc, taxi or a bicycle provided in the apartment.

•📋Booking Confirmation Requirements:
1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.
2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
3- 50% of the total booking amount to be paid via Instapay or bank transfer, and the remaining balance upon check-in.

•💰A refundable security deposit of 5,000 EGP is required upon check-in for this unit. The amount will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damages occur inside the unit.
•If entry is denied by El Gouna town management, a full refund will be issued.
