The apartment is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi covered. Kitchen contains, among other things: a fridge, a stove, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, kitchenware and tools needed to cook. High, industrial dining table cleverly located in the open plan kitchen/living area provides another prep zone for cooking or a comfortable workspace. For guests convenience a water dispenser is there. The sitting area has a sofa (optionally expendable into a bed), armchairs, coffee table and a smart TV. Bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, towels are provided. This space is designed in a simple, elegant and functional way, and has a relaxed feel to it. Enriched with a terrace, outdoor set and surrounded by grass is a perfect choice for a holiday stay. Terrace overlooks the swimming pool, which our guests are invited to enjoy. Apartment house is located in the peaceful part of El Gouna, a suburban area called Mansions. The G-Cribs neighborhood is friendly and calm, while outdoor swimming pools provide entertainment for both adults and children. Main attractions of the town are located within a 4/4.5km distance and are easily accessible with a car, taxi or a tuc-tuc. Closest supermarket, over basically supplied Gourmet, is around 2.5km away.

•📋Booking Confirmation Requirements:
1- Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports.
2- A valid marriage certificate in case the husband’s name is not mentioned on the wife’s ID.
3- 50% of the total booking amount to be paid via Instapay or bank transfer, and the remaining balance upon check-in.

•💰A refundable security deposit of 5,000 EGP is required upon check-in for this unit. The amount will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damages occur inside the unit.
•If entry is denied by El Gouna town management, a full refund will be issued.
